About Us

SS&Co. is an Indonesian multi-industries boutique law office consisting of a young, dynamic, and creative professional team who’s eager to understand client’s needs and requirements on a case-by-case basis and to look after their best interest. We aim to realize our clients’ objectives by adding value through our specialized service.

SS&Co. have a deep understanding of Indonesia’s business, socio-politics and legal culture. We aim to help, support, and encourage our clients in starting their businesses based on their preference legal business entity, licensing and strategically constructing a solid legal foundation for clients’ safety and comfort in doing business in Indonesia. SS&Co. also have an extended experience in dispute settlement to resolve clients’ in and out-of-court issues based on the case objective and clients’ preferable settlement.

Shinta Sriwijaya, S.H., LL.M.

Shinta is committed to providing solutions for the Clients’ best interest with high ethical work and professionalism. She takes the time needed to systematically solves client’s issues thoroughly and anticipate further challenges. Effective communication, listening skill, clear and concise in delivering solution are Shinta’s strength in foster greater trust with clients.

Shinta’s area of expertise includes commercial dispute settlement, land dispute, tort and breaching contract, general corporate & commercial transactions, labor, family law (marriage, divorce, domestic violence, and other matters regarding family relationships), trade, criminal law and litigation.

In addition, Shinta is an ambitious young woman who desires for further development through systematic study and professional experience. She is also the member of non-profit organization; Indonesia Youth Diplomacy for her socio-politics awareness and social contribution to the nation.

Dr. Ahmad Redi., S.H., M.H.

Dr. Ahmad Redi is a highly known professional researcher across the nation. His outstanding research delivered him to publish plenteous yet modern academic writings. He maximized the occasion to spread his ideas on prestige platforms including as an expert witness to several law cases, from criminal, private, to constitutional law. Based on his accomplishment and creative teaching, it brings him into one of the Head Study Programs in one of the prominent universities hence making him one of the respectable law models.

Dr. Ahmad Redi’s expertise area mostly consists in the field of Natural Resources such as Mining Law, Energy Law, and Environmental Law. He also has expertise in Legislative Drafting which includes analyzing and evaluating legislation products. Before that, he consults and formulated the regulations in the terms of drafting several laws for Indonesia's Parliament and several Stakeholders.

Beside his notable legal practice, he had several experiences as an Expert Staff of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights for drafting Presidential Statements in several judicial review of regulations in the Constitutional Court (2015-2016), The Expert Team for Drafting Investment Law in the Regions, DPD RI (2020), Drafting Team for the Job Creation Law (UU No. 11/20), Ministry Economic Coordinator (2020), and Indonesia’s Special Judicial Commission Staff (2021). And in addition, he also developed and led Kolegium Jurist Institute as the Executive Director.
